We’ve been designing luxury hotel interiors, public spaces, show units, service apartments, and unique private residences since 1995.
The team is led by Nic Proud, who has worked internationally for more than 30 years as an Interior Designer. After completing his studies, Nic delved into his passion for creating spaces, which involves the search of harmony in everyday life. To date, his experience spans projects in Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
Nic’s working style lies between a systematic and non-systematic processes of planning, always within a determined time and space. When designing, Nic incorporates both the conscious and unconscious mind, resulting in various forms and ideas taking shape in his work, and he is always shifting between drawing, planning, coordinating, and updating his design process;
"dot dot dot line line line"… A methodical process of planning with endless attempts to invent the wheel again and again…
This process encourages the space, any space, to become an experience of his creation. The search for a feeling of satisfaction keeps Nic’s pencil on the move. As well as this, Nic’s intuitive knowledge of the heights and widths and volumes of his surroundings, make him an interior Architect par excellence, and his calm and professional attitude sets the mood in the studio and at site alike. Because of his style, Nic has accomplished countless notable and successful projects in harmony with clients and fellow consultants.
Supported by his partner Claudia, the Creative Director, KC Leong the Studio Manager and Prajakta Patil, the Senior Designer, Nic Proud is leading a team of inspired designers who are a reliable, responsive, flexible and creative force, always striving to inspire, achieve, perform and deliver to highest standards. Not to forget Charlie, the office dog who’s job it is to connect people and make them smile.
